The 2017 Tormaresca Paiara Rosso is a dry, medium-bodied red wine produced in the Puglia region of Italy. Crafted by Tormaresca Società Agricola, an estate established by the renowned Antinori family, this wine represents the rich winemaking tradition of Southern Italy.

This Puglia IGT blend is composed primarily of Negroamaro (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%). The production process involves maceration in stainless steel tanks followed by three months of aging in Hungarian and French oak barrels.
