Villa Katina Pamid Barrique 2024 Bulgarian Wine 750ml

This wine is made from the indigenous Pamid grape, vinified with the aim of adding length and volume while preserving its delicate aromatic profile.

The wine undergoes partial ageing in old Bulgarian oak barrels, with the remainder aged in stainless steel. It is produced entirely from free run juice and is bottled without clarification, filtration, stabilisation, sulphites or additives.

The colour is translucent in the raspberry red range. Aromas show morello cherry, raspberry, cherry and strawberry, with subtle rustic notes. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a long finish for the variety.
