2018 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Famille Tourbillon Blanc White Wine - Domaine Tourbillon

The 2018 Famille Tourbillon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a dry white wine from France. It presents a pale yellow color with green reflections and an open nose dominated by white fruit and floral notes. On the palate, the wine is balanced with a fruity finish. It is crafted from a blend of Grenache, Bourboulin, and Clairette grapes grown on a terroir covered with rolled pebbles and a clay subsoil.

Harvested grapes are sorted entirely by hand in the cellar. The winemaking process occurs in temperature controlled vats with a fermentation time of 25 to 35 days at a maximum temperature of 28°C. This vintage can be enjoyed now or aged for more than 10 years.
