The 2018 Bourgogne Montagny Premier Cru is a white wine crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in fertile limestone and marl soil at the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise. This expressive wine reveals light oak notes mingling with aromas of white flowers and hints of lime.

On the palate, this refined and complex vintage is rich and balanced, offering aromatic notes of citrus fruits and honeysuckle leading to a long, mineral finish. It has been aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This dry white wine pairs perfectly with white meats in sauce, shellfish like lobster and scallops, or fine pan-fried fish.
