2021 Coudoulet de Beaucastel Organic Blanc Côtes du Rhône White Wine

The 2021 Coudoulet de Beaucastel Organic Blanc is a dry white wine from the Côtes du Rhône. It is sourced from a 30 hectare vineyard situated east of Beaucastel, featuring soils composed of molasse and marine sediment covered by alpine deposits known as galets roulés. These stones play a crucial role by absorbing heat during the day and releasing it gradually at night.

This vintage is characterized by its anise yellow color and great freshness. On the palate, it displays beautiful structure, tension, and balance, with pronounced aromas of linden blossom and lemon. The winemaking process involves hand harvesting, pneumatic pressing, and fermentation partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
