Unique old Bulgarian variety from the Sub-Balkan region, growing most favorably in the area of Vrachanski Balkan, combined with Sauvignon Gris, which is a rarer and less known "relative" of Sauvignon Blanc, but with a very distinct character. It stands out with the character of Sauvignon - citrus zest, ripe pear, but additionally with the fresh and expressive aromas of Vrachanski Misket with a long taste and aftertaste. Suitable for consumption with seafood and river delicacies, meats and cheeses. It is recommended to open the bottle 10-15 minutes before use, at a temperature of 8-10 degrees.
