Description
DA! Organic Pet Nat Shiroka Melnishka Loza 2024 is a natural sparkling wine with wild fermentation, no sulfites or additives.
It is produced by a family winery with its own vineyards near Melnik, cultivated without irrigation, without chemicals, and with a low yield of up to 300 kg/decare. The grapes are from the local variety Shiroka Melnishka Loza, with late harvest at 25% sugar content.
The wine is entirely artisanal, created with manual labor and sealed with natural beeswax. Decanting is recommended before consumption.
