Minkovi Brothers Enoteca Rubin 2019 is a dry red wine from the Thracian Lowland, produced from the Rubin grape variety from their own vineyards in Terziysko village.
The color is very dense, dark ruby-red. The aroma is expressive with a sensation of red and black ripe fruits such as cherry and sour cherry. The taste is powerful, juicy, and slightly sweet fruit, with velvety ripe tannins and an elegant structure. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, with excellent development potential.
