Description

Dalakov Colombard 2024 is a fresh white wine made from 100% Colombard grapes grown in the village of Zmeevo, Thracian Lowland, on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-picked, fermented in stainless steel without oak, and with minimal intervention. The wine is unfiltered and has a natural appearance.

The aroma is expressive with notes of lemon peel, green apple, acacia, and fresh grass. The taste is dry and very fresh, with firm acidity and a clean mineral finish with a slight maritime nuance.

It is suitable for seafood, salads with citrus dressing, sushi, and light vegetable dishes, served at 7–9°C.
