Description

Domaine Boyar Supreme Grand Cuvée 2017 is a classic Bordeaux blend, created by the winery's senior oenologists Kapka and Rosen Georgievi. The wine is rich, structured and memorable, produced from selected vineyards in Southern Bulgaria.

Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are from the Harmanli region, while Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot are from Lyubimets. The harvest was carried out between September 11 and October 4, 2017, for the different varieties.

Fermentation takes place in small oak fermenters (500 l) and stainless steel tanks (1000 l), which contributes to a balanced and elegant style with depth.
