Description

Dragoshinov Cherven Misket 2024 is an elegant white wine from the village of Korten, Thracian Valley, Bulgaria, made from 100% Cherven Misket grapes from a 50-year-old vineyard at about 180 m above sea level on diluvial soils.

The wine is produced by hybrid fermentation of clarified grape juice with the addition of less than 1% whole Kailashki Misket grapes, which adds extra aromatic complexity. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15–17°C, after which the wine ages in stainless steel to preserve its pure varietal character.

The harvest was conducted on 01.09.2024, for maximum freshness, and bottling was on 16.03.2025. The wine has 11.5% alcohol and a total acidity of 6.9 g/L, with a limited batch of 1000 bottles.
