Kapatovo Sauvignon Blanc & Viognier 2025 is a white blend from the family estate Kapatovo's own vineyards in the Struma Valley, near Melnik and Kapatovo village. The winery focuses on terroir wines, combining modern technologies and hand-picking of grapes.

The vineyards are located on sandy-clay soils with good drainage, and the moderate continental climate and the influence of the river contribute to slow ripening and aroma development. After careful selection and cooling, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, with the wine aging on fine lees for additional complexity.

The aroma is fresh with citrus, lime, grass, apricot, and peach. The taste is elegant and balanced, with lively acidity and a long fruity-mineral finish.

Serve at 8–10°C and has aging potential for up to 3 years. It is suitable for salads, seafood, fish, and light appetizers.
