Description

Rossidi Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Syrah is a boutique red blend from the Sub-Balkan Valley near Nikolaevo village. The winery works with its own vineyards, employing sustainable practices, low yields, and minimal intervention.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 300 meters on sandy-clay soils with good drainage and a mineral character. Each variety ferments separately, after which the wine ages 8–12 months in French oak before blending.

The aroma is complex, with black cherry, plum, dried herbs, and cocoa. The taste is tight and harmonious, with well-structured tannins, a juicy fruit core, and a long spicy finish. Suitable for lamb, beef, and mature cheeses. Aging potential up to 6 years.
