Description

Rumelia Erelia 2019 is a high-end red wine blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Mavrud, produced from own vineyards with controlled yields. Each variety is vinified separately using techniques such as cold maceration, pigeage, remontage, delestage, and bâtonnage.

After fermentation, the wines age for over 18 months in French and American oak barrels. The result is a complex and structured wine with depth and balance.
