This wine was produced specifically for The Bottle wine shop by Stracin Winery in Pomorie Municipality. It is made from a precise blend of Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, and Vermentino varieties, and has an alcohol content of 12%, which contributes to its freshness, balance, and harmony.

The taste reveals the elegant character of the white varieties – fresh and harmonious, with delicate fruity nuances. It is followed by a subtle finish of green fig jam, with aromas reminiscent of the gentle and fresh scent of fig leaves.

The wine is best consumed well chilled to highlight its fruity notes and crisp freshness. For lovers of unconventional tastes, in winter it can also be served slightly warmed with the addition of cinnamon or cloves, becoming a wonderful warming and festive drink.
