Description

Stratsin Early Birds Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a dry white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, produced in the Thracian Valley from estate vineyards with a protected geographical indication. The wine has an alcohol content of 13% and is served at 8–10°C.

Its color is straw-yellow with green hues, and the aroma is intense and slightly spicy with notes of tropical fruit, freshly cut hay, and delicate citrus. The taste is elegant and fresh, with a rounded body and a long, refreshing citrus finish.

It pairs well with pasta with soft cheeses, seafood, fresh salads with white meats, fish soups, and dishes with creamy sauces. It was awarded a silver medal at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2019.
