Description

This wine is made from the local Pamid grape variety, vinified to add length and volume while preserving its delicate aromatic profile.

The wine undergoes partial aging in old Bulgarian oak barrels, with the remainder aged in stainless steel tanks. It is produced entirely from free-run juice and bottled without fining, filtration, stabilization, sulfites, or additives.

The color is translucent in the raspberry-red spectrum. The aromas reveal sour cherry, raspberry, cherry, and strawberry, with subtle rustic notes. The taste is fresh and balanced, with a long finish for this varietal.
