Zaara Estate Dogma Black Sea Mavrud Cage 2020 is a boutique wine made from 100% Mavrud, produced in the southern part of the Sakar Mountain. The aging in a cage creates a specific microclimate that contributes to its complexity and character.

The grapes are hand-picked from sunny vineyards with stony-clay soils, then undergo cold maceration and slow fermentation in stainless steel. The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels and in a cage.

The aroma is intense, with notes of wild berries, dried figs, dark chocolate, tobacco, and oak. The taste is full-bodied and elegant, with velvety tannins, good structure, and a long, spicy-fruity finish. Suitable for game, veal, lamb, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, with an aging potential of 8–10 years.
