It is handcrafted with wild fermentation in 54-liter glass demijohns, following biodynamic principles and the lunar cycle.

The wine is additive-free, without fining, stabilization, or filtration, with a low sulfite content, preserving its natural character. The shape of the demijohn allows for natural movement, which contributes to its softness and body.

The result is a fresh Pet Nat with fine bubbles, a juicy body, and a soft, rich taste. Each bottle is hand-labeled, emphasizing its authenticity.
