Borovitza Rose Blush Bouquet 2024 is an elegant rosé from the boutique Borovitza Winery, crafted from carefully selected vineyards near Vidin, close to the Belogradchik Rocks. The limestone-clay soils and windy climate impart freshness and aromatic expression.

The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a short cold maceration for their delicate pink color, then fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature. The color is pale pink with fine copper hues.

The aroma reveals red fruits, rosehip, and white flowers. The taste is light and fresh, with balanced fruit notes, vibrant acidity, and a clean finish. Suitable for salads, seafood, brie, or chicken. Serve at 8–10°C.
