Description

Bratya Minkovi Enoteca Mavrud 2022 is a dry red wine made from 100% Mavrud, produced from their own vineyards in the Thracian Lowland with Protected Geographical Indication. The wine is aged for 12 months in old French barrels and has a bottle aging potential of over 6 years.

The color is a beautiful ruby red, and the aroma is rich with notes of blackberry, ripe mulberry, thyme, and pepper. The taste is elegant and smooth, with refreshing acidity and well-developed phenolics.

The finish is long, with hints of wild berries and thyme. Serve at 16–18°C and pairs excellent with stewed red meats, grilled dishes, game, and soft aromatic cheeses.
