Description
Bair Loze La Boheme Pinot Noir 2022 is made from one of the smallest and most carefully tended vineyards in Southeast Bulgaria, located on a south-facing slope near the village of Elhovo, Stara Zagora region. The vineyard follows principles of minimal intervention and entirely manual work, without herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
The wine possesses natural elegance and purity. The style is light and ethereal, with delicate red fruits, soft tannins, and a fine earthy nuance that reflects the terroir. The approach is close to natural wines but retains classic varietal elegance.
