Na Bair Loze Saturnalia 2021 is a natural red wine with minimal intervention, crafted with a focus on purity and expressiveness. It is produced from organic grapes and follows the philosophy of Anton Tonchev (Monteremi – Na Bair Loze).

The blend includes Pinot Noir, Sagrantino, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Franc. The wine ages for 30 months in a neutral oak barrel (single barrel), which gives it depth and balance.
