Sparkling Wine Midalidare Rose Extra Brut 0.75l

Midalidare Rosé Extra Brut sparkling wine is an elegant sparkling wine from the Thracian Valley, produced using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on lees for 25 months. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier from our own vineyards.

The color is a delicate pale pink with a fine and long-lasting mousse of pearls. The aroma combines strawberry, green apple, and citrus with delicate notes of toasted bread with butter.

The taste is fresh and firm, with good structure, citrus freshness, and an elegant, lingering finish.
