Rakia Bononia is a special grape rakia from the Pomorie Biser variety, originating from the Black Sea region. It is produced through precise fractional distillation and aged for over 3 years in 500-liter Strandzha oak barrels.
The color is vibrant, straw-yellow. The aroma is delicate and floral, with subtle vanilla nuances.
The taste is soft and balanced, with pleasant alcoholic warmth and an elegant finish. Suitable for serving at 10–12°C.
