Description
Melrosa Apple Brandy 3 Years Chateau Copsa is produced by fermenting fruit mash, followed by distillation to a pure apple distillate. It matures for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels, where it develops complexity, softness, and a harmony between the fruity character and woody nuances.
The color is golden to amber. The aroma is rich, with notes of ripe apple, vanilla, caramel, and subtle woody accents.
The taste is full-bodied and soft, with balanced sweetness, a warm finish, and a long aftertaste with nuances of spices and oak. Suitable as a digestif, in combination with dried fruits, nuts, caramel desserts, or dark chocolate. Serve at 16–18°C, with 40% alcohol.
