Description
This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from 25 and 56-year-old vines in Karabunar. It is vinified with minimal mechanical intervention, entirely handcrafted and unfiltered.
The wine undergoes 12 months of aging in old and new Bulgarian oak barrels. Fermentation includes both open vessels with daily stirring and silent fermentation directly in oak. It is bottled without stabilizers, sulfites or additives and may contain natural sediment.
The taste is structured and expressive, reflecting careful barrel aging and manual vinification.
